The complete production line comprises a quantitative elevator, continuous roller roaster and continuous roller cooling machine. It features a streamlined and fully automated workflow: raw materials are evenly lifted and fed into the main roller roaster via the quantitative elevator for constant-temperature roasting. After roasting, materials are automatically transferred to the roller cooler for rapid air cooling without manual handling in between.
This production line is suitable for mass roasting and processing of various grains and seeds such as soybeans, black beans, rice, buckwheat, quinoa, wheat and barley. It is the ideal complete equipment for standardized mass production in grain and oil food processing factories.
